• Service design to improve the paying, ordering and brand experience of the restaurant.
    This service design includes various series of dynamics and tools which improve the paying experience for the costumer and the restaurant staff also. The design includes a modification on the restaurant's paying software, a design of the check holder and series of 3d graphic tools to improve the relationship between the waiter and the costumer among others.
    Project deliverables: Implementation book with the graphic pieces and staff protocols described. Observation results book using the human centered design methods.
