In our project, we decided to develop the concept of a shop-restaurant of ecological products. On the ground floor there is a shop, where a person can purchase products, as well as get interesting advice about cooking, combination, production and recipes. The second floor is divided into two zones. The first is the kitchen, where master classes of cooking healthy food take place. The shape of the island suggests the location of a cook and several guests, each of whom has his own stove and sink. In the second half of the room there is a large wooden table where you can arrange dinner with cooked dishes. We think this space will train people to eat healthy in an interesting way, you can come in a big company or alone and meet new people at dinner.
Selecting finishing materials for the project, we wanted to create the feeling of a real restaurant. With the help of Krion acrylic on the facade of the building, we have created a construction similar to a curtain, which at any time can close the huge glass facade. By using Krion, we also made shelves and cash desk in bionic forms, which emphasize the natural component of the ecomarket. In contrast to the light smooth acrylic, there is the large-format Urbateck plate with metal effect. And of course the wooden texture of the Venis collection in combination with the “green” wall makes the interior more warm and natural.
